1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Docs Dingo. By accessing or using our website, services, or applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Snapit Software ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Terrell Flautt, located in Coupland, TX 78615, USA.

2. Description of Service

Docs Dingo provides PDF document processing tools. Our Service allows you to:

• Convert PDF documents to Word, images, and other formats
• Merge multiple PDF files into one
• Split PDF documents into separate pages
• Compress PDF files to reduce size
• Add watermarks and encrypt PDF files
• Extract text using OCR technology
• Fill and sign PDF forms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe, in our sole discretion, pose a risk to our Service or other users.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Process documents you do not have the right to modify
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious files
• Process copyrighted materials without authorization
• Create or distribute illegal content
• Abuse the Service for bulk automated processing beyond your plan limits
• Circumvent security measures or rate limits
• Attempt to access other users' documents
• Resell the Service without authorization

5. Payment Terms

For paid subscription plans:

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card information.
• Subscription Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Price Changes: We may change our prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions will honor current pricing until renewal.
• Refunds: We offer a 30-day refund policy for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but are non-refundable for the current billing period.
• Operation Limits: Operations exceeding your plan limits will be restricted until upgraded or the next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Snapit Software and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

We do not claim ownership of documents you process through the Service. You retain all rights to your original files and processed outputs.

7. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of:

• All documents you upload
• All processed outputs (converted, merged, split files)

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your documents solely for providing the Service. This license terminates when your files are deleted.

Privacy Notice: Files are processed on secure servers and automatically deleted within 1 hour. We do not view, share, or retain your document contents. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but provide the Service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

• Free Tier: No service level agreement (SLA) is provided. Processing may be slower during peak times.
• Paid Tiers: We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and provide priority processing.

We are not liable for any processing failures, file corruption, or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA LOSS, FILE CORRUPTION, OR PROCESSING ERRORS
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Any pending file processing will be cancelled
• We may delete your account data after 30 days
• Files are automatically deleted according to our retention policy

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
• Sending email notification for significant changes (for registered users)

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
